Billy as he appeared in F-Zero GX
|First Appeared||F-Zero X|
|Later Appeared|| F-Zero GX|
F-Zero Legend of Falcon
Billy is well-known in the F-Zero Grand Prix circuit as being the very first primate to enter and participate in such a sport. Billy comes from the planet Odyapes and earned his natural piloting skills from his ancestors, who were rocket pilots themselves back in their time. It's wrong to call him a "monkey", as he is actually a simian-based alien lifeform indigenous to the previously-mentioned planet. Either way, it's still a milestone passed for this highly-regarded sport of racing no matter which way you look at it. Billy grew up in a specialized laboratory stationed on Earth where he was taught natural human manner, the English language, as well as proper walking and stance(being mostly primate, this was the most difficult). True to his Earth-based species, he has a natural hoarding attitude that never appears to be satiated. This he fills with money, which is one of the main prizes rewarded to the F-Zero winner alongside fame and glory.
 F-Zero X
In the second console-based installment of the F-Zero franchise, Billy is introduced as a rather monstrous-looking being who is to apparently be considered a "monkey" regardless of his relatively unknown origin at that time. His main driving force in entering the F-Zero Grand Prix is to put the human race to shame upon ultimately winning the champion's cup, proving that his race is completely superior over the humans native to the planet Earth.
 F-Zero GX
In the most recent console-based title, Billy's mannerment is noticably more subtle and reserved, with the animalistic side still present but at a much smoother tone. His overall appearance has been toned down for one, and his goal at the end of the F-Zero races is completely based off of money. This is mainly hinted as his overall driving obsession in the 95% of interview question answers he delivers during F-Zero TV.
 F-Zero Climax
Due to the lack of an actual storyline, besides being based off of the finale to F-Zero Falcon Legend(character-wise), Billy made a return with an average body and increased speed at the price of a lack of reasonable handling that requires a seasoned racer to take proper control of.
