Roger Buster as he appeared in F-Zero GX
|First Appeared||F-Zero X|
|Later Appeared|| F-Zero GX|
F-Zero Legend of Falcon
Roger Buster is a dedicated deliveryman who takes his job very seriously and doesn't believe in late or abstinent work ethics. He works in this business alongside Draq, a space alien with an amazingly powerful fandom for F-Zero and all it stands for. After they came across two F-Zero machines in their shipments with no return addresses on both of them, Draq immediately insisted that they enter this pair of racers into the next Grand Prix together, hopefully attracting the attention of the original order and successfully completing the delivery. While Roger dismissed the idea at first, he eventually gave in, concluding that this would be the only way to get the job done(since he hates to see holes in his work report). With Draq racing for the sport he loves, Roger is simply determined to get through the Grand Prix with the hopes that the original owners will make themselves known in the end(as well as earn some commendable publicity for the company he represents).
 F-Zero X
In the second console-based installment of the F-Zero franchise, Roger Buster was introduced as an underappreciated blue-collar worker who simply wants to better his overall potential in the F-Zero Grand Prix. He's not all too confident in himself yet hides it well under a mass of muscles and a rather gruff attitude. It's shown to be apparent that him and Draq are rather close as both of their reactions upon winning the Expert Class races are close to the same, complete surprise and joyous relief.
 F-Zero GX
In the most recent console-based title, Roger Buster is seen as a somewhat slow and rather uninspired F-Zero racer, with little to no true love for the sport, admitting that Draq dragged him into all of this in the first place when answering a partiuclar F-Zero TV interview question. Despite all this, his years as a successful and energetic deliveryman still shine through when explaining how he won each race, delivering his responses with the utmost confidence and assuredness.
 F-Zero Climax
Due to the lack of an actual storyline, besides being based off of the finale to F-Zero Falcon Legend(character-wise), Roger Buster delivers again in the Mighty Hurricane, wielding a great amount of speed and boost power. The downside is his incredibly weak body strength which can send you into the side of the track in a sizzling pile within only a couple of small hits.
 F-Zero Legend of Falcon
In the anime adaptation, Roger Buster is a rather refined and greatly confident veteran in the delivery business(with a very slick yet risky driving style to boot). There is absolutely no trace of any dimwittedness or lack of spirit in what he does, off or on the racing track. He is also seen as somewhat compassionate and caring thanks to the episode he's introduced in, where he is found to be delivering a special type of medicinal fruit to a young boy who is in a critical sick condition in a local hospital.
